LEAD GENERATION SPECIALISTS
We’re looking for self-disciplined phone marketing candidates with the ability to work from home 15-20 hours a week. Ideal candidates like talking to people and building relationships.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or B2B telemarketing experience
- Familiar with Word, Excel, LinkedIn, WebEx and Outlook
- Able to grasp the principles of complex technologies, with the assistance of training and briefs
- Can handle rejection and occasional rudeness and can converse with executives comfortably
- Attention to detail in documentation
- Good spelling and grammar skills
- Can work remotely or in office
Our telemarketing team supports our clients with services around contact research, utilizing Google, LinkedIn, and a variety of other tools to identify appropriate contacts within their customer base and prospect organizations. As a result of information discovered, we add and update contact data into Excel and internal and external databases. The call functions executed cover a broad spectrum of purposes, including:
- Inviting prospects to client events
- Calling to clean contact information and identify the proper point of contact for our clients’ program
- Promoting offers aligned to campaigns we are executing
- Making ‘touch base’ calls in nurturing campaigns where the purpose is to develop relationships with prospects on behalf of customers
- Setting appointments for clients’ sales teams
- Qualifying sales opportunities, entailing conversing at some depth around the prospects current situation
- Making reminder calls to event registrants
- Executing surveys
